Sales/Purchase agreement
The Seller guarantees that the dog is healthy at the time of purchase. The Seller will refund 100% of the purchase price, if a certified veterinarian finds that the dog is not healthy, within seven days of the date of purchase for guarantee to be in effect. The Buyer will return the dog to the Seller at the Buyers expense.
The Seller guarantees the dog from genetic diseases for the first 30 months of age provided the dog has not been bred. Buyer is responsible for veterinary expenses to verify condition. Veterinarian must provide written documentation to Seller of diagnosis. If such condition occurs, seller agrees to replace the pup with another puppy; refund the original purchase price once the dog has been verified as spayed or neutered, and returned to the Seller. If the dog is not returned, then the seller will refund up to $200 toward the surgery, once verification is received that the dog has been spayed or neutered.
Seller will provide a registration form at the time of full payment of the dog to the Buyer, whereby the dog can be registered with American Kennel Club.
Buyer agrees to notify and give Seller first right of refusal, if Buyer is no longer able to keep the dog for the duration of the dog's life.
Buyer agrees to provide reasonable veterinary care of the dog, including: vaccinations, worming, heartworm preventative and other care deemed reasonable by the Buyers veterinarian.
Seller agrees to sell the dog for the amount of $______________.
Buyer agrees to pay $300.00 refundable deposit and agrees to pay the balance before receiving the dog.
Seller agrees to release the puppy to the Buyer on or about 7 weeks of age, once this contract is signed and monies have been recieved to fulfill the contract.
